1.1.2 Such consultation and treatment are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.2 Warranties by You

1.2.1 You warrant and undertake to fill in the consultation questionnaire contained in this website truthfully and honestly, revealing and disclosing all relevant information truthfully to the best of your knowledge.

1.2.2 This Agreement becomes immediately void if You answer any question untruthfully.

1.3 Warranties by Us

1.3.1 We warrant and undertake that your consultation questionnaire will only be viewed by the Doctor and his medical staff for the purpose of treating Your medical problem.

1.3.2 We warrant and undertake that any prescription that the Doctor may issue or any medicine he may prescribe is only filled by UK registered pharmacists.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All material contained and presented on this website, including but not limited to text and graphics is Our copyright or similar rights, unless otherwise expressly stated.

2.2 We reserve all its rights and strictly forbid any unauthorised use or duplication. Any statutorily authorised rights to print or download are strictly limited for your sole personal use. No material, however, can be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

2.3 Any copies of the pages of this website which You save, by any means whatsoever can only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use.

5. Fair usage ( Applicable to subscription customers )

5.1 Subscription customers are accepted under our Fair Usage policy. A subscribed customer may only order medication for the peroid of subscription, equivalent to 1 tablet per day or the maximum dosage per day as advised by the manufacturer. Excessive ammounts of medication ordered which fall outside of this criteria may be declined at the discretion of the doctors, pharmacies or administration of UK-Med.co.uk .

6. Replacement terms.

6.1 UK-Med.co.uk will replace any medication that arrives in a damaged condition free of charge. Customers must inform us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of medication.

6.2 UK-Med.co.uk will replace any medication that is lost in transit free of charge. Customers should inform us within 48 hours of non delivery of any medication

7. Prices

7.1 All prices displayed on our website are the price you will pay. There are no hidden costs or charges.

7.2 All doctor consultations are free of charge.

8. International Orders

8.1 If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed complies with your local laws. Risk and title in the products will pass to you when they are despatched by us. Due to FDA regulations, it is our policy not to dispense prescriptions for supply to the USA.

Your use of this Website and any purchase by you on this Website of any products is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Cancellation

1. We are unable to accept any returns of prescription medicine as this is prohibited by UK law.
